Philippa Youngman – Chief Executive
Philippa (Pip) Youngman is the CEO and founder of Pivot Software. With over 20 years’ experience as a senior HR practitioner, Pip has contributed at a strategic level to the design, implementation and on-going management of many performance-based pay strategies and incentive-based pay programmes across many large Australian and New Zealand organisations.
With experience and continued accumulation of “real market” input from her wide network Pip helps drive Pivot’s product design and on-going product enhancements. She also is in demand as a speaker to major industry events on HR strategy.
From its origins as a specialist HR consultancy, Pip has grown Pivot into a significant player in HR software throughout New Zealand and Australia. Prior to founding Pivot in 2001, Pip worked in senior HR roles for Westpac Banking Group NZ, one of the largest banks in the country.
Chris Youngman – Director, Sales and Marketing
As Director of Sales and Marketing Chris brings over 20 years of sales management, business development, and financial management experience within the banking and finance industry to Pivot. In this role, Chris directs the sales and marketing aspects of the business including sales budgeting, marketing planning, interface with the financial and legal community, contract negotiation , management and monitoring of the sales performance.
Prior to joining Pivot, Chris had many successes in various senior sales and management roles with the banking and finance industry.
Lisa Kane - Key Client Relationship Manager
Lisa joined the Pivot team in 2012 as Client Relationship Manager. Lisa is responsible for liaising with clients to determine how their Remuneration and Performance Management business problems can be alleviated or minimized through efficient use of our technology, ensuring changing business requirements are being reflected.
With a solid base of a BCom in Management with an HR Major, teamed with a strong HR background with over 10 years’ experience across both specialist HR roles in L&D, Recruitment, Performance Management and Remuneration and Generalist HR Manager roles in both Australia and New Zealand she is well equipped to ensure the Customer’s voice is heard as we evolve our product.
She has first-hand experience in the design, implementation and management of remuneration and performance management strategies and process and has been an end user of the Pivot Ally systems.
Paula Coll - Client Services Manager
Paula joined Pivot in 2007 having worked for eight years in London. Paula has a strong belief in the importance of customer service and uses the experience she has gained in systems analysis, implementation and design to lead the Client Team at Pivot.
Paula’s role oversees the support and client on-boarding functions of the business with responsibility for ensuring new and existing client projects are delivered on time, understanding client requests for new features, liaising with the development team following client reviews and day to day support of our clients across Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
Arishma Singh – Business Partnerships Manager, Australia
Arishma joined Pivot’s Sydney based business partnerships team in 2012. Arishma graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Human Resources & Marketing from the University of New South Wales and has significant experience in the areas of business development and management.
Through her career, she has owned and operated her own consultancy business as well as having roles with American Express, Google Australia, LinkMe and prior to joining Pivot, was a highly successful business development manager at CareerOne – a venture between News Ltd. and Monster Global.
Arishma is excited to continue her professional development in both HR and sales, selling Pivot’s performance and remuneration management solutions.
